Many of my clients have stopped smoking just after one 90 minute session. However, my program is designed for 3-6 sessions with a follow up call after 6 months of last session. In fact I am so confident in my program that I offer a free follow up session (within 6 months of the last session) if the client feels the urges or cravings are returning.
