Gabriela Jacovino

Hi, I'm Gabriela Jacovino.

I'm glad you're here.

I'm a Certified Clinical, Transpersonal and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist. My approach begins with listening to your experiences, the patterns you notice, and what meaningful change would look like for you.

​

I completed more than 500 hours of training at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and I studied psychology at the University of Illinois in Chicago and Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.

 

My work supports people navigating anxiety, stress, addiction relapse prevention, unwanted habits, and  the emotional challenges of infertility. I also work with clients seeking greater confidence, motivation, and personal understanding.

 

Depending on your goals, I draw on hypnotherapy, breathwork, neurolinguistic programming, and other modalities in which I have trained. Additional training in introspective hypnosis with Alba Weinman and Antonio Sangio deepened my understanding and skills in past life regression.

More than 10  years of traveling the world have shaped my curiosity about people and the different ways we experience life. I bring that openness and compassion to each session.
